From emblematic heritage mansions, to secluded nature retreats and awe-inspiring architectural signatures, Emblems Collection is Accor’s new luxury collection brand in the making, curating addresses of exceptional character, and promissing to captivate the worldly and discerning traveler. Involved since its inception and working closely with the Emblems team, Polly helped shape the brand's singular value proposition through a diverse range of strategic and creative projects.

Our Approach

Defined the collection’s unique vision, mission, brand statement, manifesto, and guest experience pillars.

Developed a distinctive personality, voicemarks, lexicon, and guidelines for consistent communication across channels and properties.

Ideated and illustrated creative intentions through moodboards and mockups, followed by implementation guidelines.

Created a proprietary two-step methodology to:
Define the cornerstone of a hotel’s value proposition, including interior design briefs and detailed visions for guest experiences (rooms & suites, F&B, wellness, art & culture, retail, etc.).
Develop comprehensive marketing toolkits for hotel openings, featuring positioning statements, storytelling, and curated guest experiences and rituals.
Organize pilot projects in Europe, North America and Asia to apply the brand fundamentals to new hotels, testing and optimizing the visioning and positioning methodology.
